Our story
A center built around children
Jelisha Childcare Services was started by a mother who knew firsthand how hard it was to find childcare that felt right. She wanted a place where the educators knew her child's name, where parents were treated as partners, and where the rooms felt warm and lived-in — not sterile.
Today, that vision is the heart of everything we do. Our small, family-run center serves children ages one through eight in a setting that combines structured early learning, playful exploration, and the steady comfort of a daily routine.
We are licensed, deeply experienced, and obsessed with the small details — the right snack at the right moment, the song that helps the youngest little ones nap, the book that lights up a quiet child. It is in the details that childhood happens.
